GOD IS LOOKING FOR YOU IN THE SHEEPFOLD!

GOD IS LOOKING FOR YOU IN THE SHEEPFOLD!

Hello [subscriber:firstname | default:Beloved],

This week, I would like to tell you some good news: God is looking for you. Do you know this? He chose you before the foundation of the world, and He believes it is time to fulfil the reason He created you, the reason He saved you from destruction (Ephesians 1: 4; 2 :10) !

You are not the first one God is looking for.  He searched for David and eventually found him, as the Scriptures say in Psalm 89:20: “I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him” or Acts 13:22: “I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will”. But where did the Heavenly Father find David? “And took him from the sheepfolds; From following the ewes that had young He brought him, to shepherd Jacob His people, and Israel His inheritance. So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands” (Psalm 78:70-72). Yes, David was in the sheepfold, taking care of the sheep, and that is what triggered the manifestation of his election. He became king!

Are you worried about your own interests? work, marriage, childbirth, money, fame, success, entrepreneurship, funding your projects, building your house, buying your new car, eating, drinking, dressing, growing your ministry, etc.?

God looks and sees that you are focused on yourself and what is on your mind. But He looks around you and He sees that there are many people who do not yet know Christ and need to hear the gospel to be saved from hell. He sees that there are children who do not go to school, sick people, couples who suffer in their homes, etc. He sees that there are many people who need to hear the gospel to be saved from hell. Unfortunately, you show no compassion for these situations! He also sees that in the ministry you lead, you are not concerned with the salvation or welfare of souls, but rather the pursuit of glory, money, fame, success.

All these people or nations are like helpless sheep that have no shepherd to take care of them (Matthew 9:36).

David, the man after the heart of God, was found feeding the sheep. Even when he came face to face with Goliath, it hurt him to see an uncircumcised man defying the people of Israel to whom he belonged and cursing his God. Not being a soldier in the army, not caring about his own life, he faced Goliath and struck him down, with the help of the Lord (1 Samuel 17:10-58). In Judges 6:12, Gideon was called a mighty man of valor by the angel of the Lord. He could have rejoiced over this noble title, but he was only concerned about the distress of Israel, oppressed by the Midianites, and he made this known to the angel.

Beloved, as the Lord’s chosen one, stop looking at your own life and look around you. Take to heart the burden of the Lord who wants as many souls as possible to be saved and who wants to find solutions to the problems of His sheep and humans in general. I don’t know in which field He has chosen you: is it in health, sewing, journalism, God’s work, law, architecture, or education, politics? Whatever that field is, know that you will only be truly fulfilled when you accomplish what you were created to do. What will trigger the manifestation of your election is the state of your heart that is beating for others, that bears the burden of the sheep. “If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work”,  says the Bible in 1 Timothy 3:1. The Bible does not say to aspire to be a bishop, but rather to aspire to the position, that is, to the work that comes with it. Many politicians, for example, act on behalf of the people, not because they want to change the living conditions of the sheep that are the people, but just because they want to be elected. You must not think or act like that. Care for the Lord’s sheep.

As an elect of God, if you love the Lord, shepherd His sheep.  Bear their burdens, defend them, do good around you, even if you have your own challenges. That is why God is looking for you.  Will you answer his call? When He found David in the sheepfold, He strengthened him with His mighty arm, crushed His enemies; He showed him His goodness and David’s strength was lifted up by the name of the heavenly Father (Psalm 89:20-24). May God find you in the sheepfold and this will also be your share!

May God bless you!
